ORDER & SHIPPING INFORMATION
When will my order ship?
A: Most orders will be shipped within 2 business days of purchase. Shipping times may vary due to availability. Orders are not shipped on weekends or national holidays.
What are your return policies?
A: Any unworn product can be returned or exchanged for store credit within 30 days of delivery. Please make sure you include your order number and contact email@example.com to schedule the return.
How do I use my discount code on mobile?
A: To enter your discount code on mobile you simply have to click "show order summary" at the top of the checkout page. You will then be able to see your order and you will be able to enter your relevant discount code.
WATCH SPECIFICATIONS & WARRANTY
What materials are you watches made from?
A: We pride ourselves on offering a high quality watch, to suit your needs. So we have used some of the best materials available during production. Our cases and bezels are made from 316L Stainless Steel and we use a Swiss Ronda Quartz Movement. More details can be found here.
Are the watches water resistant?
A: All our watches are water resistant to 5ATM (50 Metres).
Is there a warranty on Eldon Watches?
A: We offer a limited warranty that covers manufacturer's defects for 12 Months after the original purchase date. If the watch parts or mechanics don't work properly, and it's our fault, we will repair or replace your product for free. However, this does not cover any abuse you might put your watch through on your own. The warranty does not cover water damage, normal wear and tear, batteries, accidental glass damage, scratches, strap damage, or theft. Proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims and service requests, so please keep your receipt.
